I am 1 Month In on my 90 Day JUGGERNAUT CHALLENGE. I have been having Successful Positive Progress making Gains, adding weight on my bar, and Breaking through some plateaus!!!
I have many Goals... I am anxious to obtain them all at once!!! However, sometimes you have to travel a long distance to get where you want to be.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step Much patience is needed... Achieving 1 Goal at a time.
My Heart is Deep... I Care so much about others well being. I have Compassion... Not sympathy!!! Their is a difference!!! Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.

My Motivation Derives from Knowing that I have Strong Support from A Loving Family and Friends that Care and Need me... Just As Much As I Need Them!!!
And also knowing that no matter how hard I try to be and set a Positive example and be a Positive Influence to my Family and Friends... I keep getting hit hard and knocked down by various adversities that have tried to Destroy my Life so many times!!! This enrages my Heart and Soul... and only makes me Hungrier to Strive and Push Harder to Break through my many barriers that only try to hold me back from achieving my Goals and Dreams!!! Having to deal with and go through so much Pain and Heartache has only made me STRONGER Mentally, Physically, and Spiritually!!! Every Morning I Am reminded to Always Thank God for Another Day!!! Everyday Is A New Day...I Am Thankful For Every Breath I Take!!!
