After just being out of rhythm, tired, and just plain bummed out on yesterday, I made sure that I got to bed last night on time. Actually BEFORE TIME! LOL!
In spite of all of this, 5:00 am came much too soon. I got up and got after the morning ritual and then went directly onto the chest and back workout! After taking yesterday off, the workout felt pretty good. All elements of the workout went well.
I went outside and hit my pull-ups, 1-mile walk and what I thought felt to be a pretty easy 2-mile run. Everything felt good---the legs, the breathing, and the rhythm of the run! I finished with a bit of a kick in 19:12 (6:24 mile pace)! I'm happy to get back on track today. Tomorrow is leg day and I'm going to do those squat thrusts and quad squats. This is the leg workout that I HATE the most! LOL!

3 x 40 Pec Flys
3 x 40 Push-ups (Swiss Ball)
3 x 40 Dead Lifts
3 x 40 Push-up Rows
3 x 40 Back Extensions
5 x 90 Push-ups
5 x 25 Pull-ups
Cardio:
3 Mile run (19:12)
