I've been horribly lazy today! I finally got in the walk at around 2:30 this afternoon. I stayed up WAY too late last night and am contemplating a nap even as I type this! LOL!
Anyway, I got out and completed the walk in an absolutely beautiful day! Tomorrow is day 6 and marks the completion of week one of my InterCycle. Next week I begin alternating days of 2-mile walks and light bodyweight workouts and 1-mile runs. I hope that everyone has had a great day today and I wish you a great Friday.
