Hey everyone. Many of you may not know that NMM (NaturalMuscleMass.net) is actually an extension of Natural-Muscle-Mass.com... which is why when typing the web address in your browser and clicking enter, you're redirected to http://network.natural-muscle-mass.com. In any case, I thought I'd take this opportunity to tell you a bit about myself, and about Natural-Muscle-Mass.com as well. I'm a hypertrophy expert, who's knowledge base is founded mostly on personal experiences and the observation of others around me (like clients, friends, etc). I started Natural-Muscle-Mass.com to provide free information on the topic of natural muscle building. The website is mostly geared towards hardgainers looking to go from skinny to muscular in record time (and to maintain their gains) without the use drugs.

When I was younger, it was all about the mass... but since the last 3 years or so, my focus has gone from getting huge to getting huge but remaining aesthetic (meaning pleasing to the eye). I don't like the look of most IFBB pros because of their protruding stomachs (which is a side-effect of using growth hormones). They're lean, but the tight mid-section and nice lines are just not there. The goal for myself is to achieve a similar physical 'look' as the bodybuilders from the golden era (around the time of Arnold's reign as Mr.Olympia) and even prior to that. Of course, those guys did use anabolic steroids, however, their waistlines were incredibly small compared to their wide backs, for example. My approach for attaining this type of body is natural, of course (always has been, always will be), however the sacrifices to achieve that kind of physique without using chemical enhancers are great in numbers. Your diet, training, and quality/amount of rest has to be perfect. It makes being around anyone very difficult, and for the ones who love and care about you... it sometimes makes things unpleasant. Most people don't understand bodybuilding (whether competitive, or purely for individual satisfaction). They see it as something that drains you, rather than giving something back. Of course, once you start training at the gym (or at home), and changing your lifestyle (substituting bad habits with good habits)... you could never go back. It's an obsession, but it's a good addiction. I find it strange how most people DON'T engage in some form of bodybuilding or fitness. Sports in general, besides helping a person get in shape, are really a type of meditation. Your outlook on life changes for the better when you're active, and more importantly... have a goal.

Well, if your goal is to gain muscle mass naturally, and you might have tried everything under the sun to get closer to your objective with little results to show for it... then, I invite you to take a look around Natural-Muscle-Mass.com. There's everything from weight training programs, to advice on nutrition, to inspirational videos, and more. And without hopefully sounding too arrogant, coming from a guy who had bad genetics (so to speak), and gained close to 90 pounds of lean muscle, the information should be quite valuable to you. I live for helping others, and I sincerely hope that my tips and techniques will help you achieve your fitness-related goals. As always, thanks for being a part of this network.

Kind Regards,

Mario Fanzolato
