Friday-February 10, 2012-Week 5 ENDS or THE "REAL" Short Blog!

Well, I'm happy to say that Week 5 of Cycle 27 is complete. I had a great planche training session, in spite of tuck planche (arm) problems again, and ab workout and finished with a pretty strong run considering yesterday's leg workout. I managed to finish it in 20:21 (6:47 mile pace). Overall, I'm feeling pretty good. However, things are still a bit flat around here. Mom is a bit upset (more than she want to admit) about things with my cousin (her nephew), whose funeral is tomorrow, and now also Grandma going in and out of intensive care this week. I just continue to pray and push forward. Not much more to write today! I'm going to make sure that I have a great Sabbath rest and pray for all that is going on! Sunday I will do the 300 workout and Sunday's planche training on Monday. Probably will get a double in to end the cycle on Friday, depending on how I feel.

So this REALLY is a short blog! LOL! :) Have a great weekend!

3 x (2 x 20) CB Mt Climbers

3 x (2 x 20) Spider Man Push-up

3 x (2 x 60 sec) Side Plank-Inclined

3 x 60 sec Front Plank-Inclined

3 x 60 sec Evacuations

Cardio:

3 Mile run (20:21)
