Continue Bodybuilding Grand Prix and Expo

im looking forword to the UK Bodybuilding Grand Prix and Expo next weekend.
Im involved in a 2 day model shoot competition at the Expo and have won a training session with Rich Gaspari on the Sunday at the Expo, not sure if i should be excited or scared lol!
The event is massive and a fitness junkies dream
So im now in my final prep to get in photoshoot shape, training twice a day, cant wait!
