Vincent Witcher left a comment for clay lynehey Vincent thanks for the add. words of wisdom. just remember that age is just a number. the only limitations will be the ones that you place on yourself. you and only you know what you are capable of ,so don't let anyone or anything stop you from reaching your goals. if you are consistent and you work hard you will get the body that you are trying to achieve. what you put into it will be what you get out of it. when you are in the gym don't worry about what the other guys are lifiting , just make sure that you gave it your all during your workout session. that will be your personal satification. good luck and any question let me know. will be happy to share with you what I have learned these last
4 1/2 years. have a great day and train hard.
Andrew said… Vincent, thank you for the encouraging comments on my page and photo! Sorry, I'm just getting back to you, but I have not received notifications of your posts. I saw them on my page when I changed my profile picture. Your encouragement means a great deal since I am working on rehabbing my arm and shoulder. I have tried to be diligent in the rehab stretching, watching diet and doing light cardio. Next week I begin a two week transition back into "normal" cardio with hopes that my arm and shoulder will be well enough to get in a full workout. Thanks again! I'm wishing you continued progress toward your health and fitness goals! Have a great weekend!

If you want to get rid of remain fat, the Isagenix Nutritional Cleansing and Cellular Replenishing system is your quickest, easiest, most effective and safest way to go. It is quick and safest.
What this system does is cleanse your whole body at the cellular level safely and naturally and, at the same time, floods your body with all the nutrition it needs. The system supplies your body with minerals and nutrients that your body isn't getting no matter how natural you may be eating.
Why is it important to cleanse out your body and keep it cleansed? Well, you take a shower and/or wash the outside of your body daily, right? Why?
It's just as important to keep the inside of your body clean. What's happening is that toxins are accumulating inside and these toxins can cause all kinds of different ailments. Your body is intelligent and knows this. It knows that toxins can cause damage to its vital organs. So, the body produces water and fat cells to store these toxins and keep them away from vital organs. Your fat is actually protecting your vital organs from the toxins that are stored in it. Of course, having too much fat leads to other problems, but we won't cover that here. So, you can DIET and cut the amount of food you give your body, forcing it to find fuel elsewhere and burn the fat as a fuel and releasing the toxins back into your body to roam free. What happens when you start eating normally again? You can see where I'm going... Yo-Yo diets. You loose the weight, then you gain it back, then you loose it, then you gain it back...
With the Isagenix system, you go straight to the source of the problem, cleanse out your whole body, you provide your body with the best and most complete nutrition. The result, you re-balance your body, feel and look better than you ever have and as a side benefit lose fat. You lose only fat and keep all lean muscle. Contrary to a diet where you also lose muscle. You'll actually increase your lean muscle mass because of the protein that's in the meal replacements. It's hands down the best protein you can buy. It's New Zealand Undenatured Whey Protein. It's the cleanest and purest protein you can get. You can't get this anywhere else. I'm actually going to be writting an article on the different qualities of protein and be publishing it on NMM.
As for the price, the price you saw is the retail price. You can get the 30 day system for $271 with a $39 membership. This system replaces 68 meals for the month which works out to $4 per meal but includes everything in the system. You can't get complete nutrition for $4/meal anywhere else. Even if you make it yourself.
Everyone I know, including myself, ended up saving on their food and grocery bill once on the system.
As for the Paleo Diet, you can find tons of info on the Internet. One great book I read on this is "The Paleo Solution" by Robb Wolf.

Cesco said… Hi Vincent,
In terms of being VERY strict with my diet, I just eat smart. Isagenix has great very healthy and tasty snacks that I eat without guilt. I mostly eat as natural as I can and organic whenever possible. Since I started weight training and exercise 6 months ago , I've combined the Isagenix Cleansing and Replenishing system with a Paleo diet.
Let me tell you, the results have been nothing short of quick and amazing! I've never looked and felt this good in my life. Even in my early twenties. And, as my pictures can show, my body is getting younger now.
I had started getting white hairs and now, I can't see them anymore. But that couldn't have been as a result of my divorce... :-)
Let me know if you want to know more.
