Okay, let me tell you something first. My main goal is not to be a bodybuilder, my main goal is to have a body similar to that of a Greek god or Spartan warrior (was there ever a difference?). However, I noticed that natural bodybuilders seem to have a physique remarkably similar to what the greeks considered ideal. Coincidance, I'm sure.
