My story and The 2 Rules

Posted on September 16, 2010 at 3:13pm 0 Comments

Okay, let me tell you something first. My main goal is not to be a bodybuilder, my main goal is to have a body similar to that of a Greek god or Spartan warrior (was there ever a difference?). However, I noticed that natural bodybuilders seem to have a physique remarkably similar to what the greeks considered ideal. Coincidance, I'm sure.

I was never in any sort of horrible condition, though I will openly admit I was out of shape. I could hardly do 30 pushups, though some how…

Murry, thank you very much for your kind comments on my little amateur video! LOL! I need to make more to get used to presenting myself in that medium. Much different than pictures are! Best wishes to you as you pursue your health and fitness goals.

Sounds good Murry. I wish you only the best of success with your site. But more importantly, and as you said, I hope it helps many people. Once again, we're grateful to have you here. We can definitely learn a lot from each other.

Thanks for the support, Murry. I'm glad you're into the whole 'natural' movement. They're results you have to work hard for, but are well worth it in the end.

By the way, we could definitely exchange links. This network is actually a subdomain to my SBI site, Natural-Muscle-Mass.com. If you're just getting started, I highly recommend Site Build It, as it offers all-in-one-place tools for website-building and search engine optimization. The price is also extremely affordable for what you're getting.

We'll keep in touch, Murry.

Hi Murry. Glad to have you as part of the network. If you have any questions/comments about the site, don't hesitate to let me know. The forum is a great place to ask/answer questions concerning all aspects of bodybuilding, fitness, health, & wellness. Also, if you want to keep up to date on new additions to NaturalMuscleMass.net, my blog is the place for that.

PS: Although there is absolutely no obligation on your part, it would be greatly appreciated if you could invite some of your friends to our community. Perhaps you can let them know about NMM through your other online social networks.
