Here We Go!

Hey Everyone,Sorry I haven't posted in a few weeks. My classes at oneonta state have been crazy and I haven't had time to do much other than study, train, work, and go to class. Anyway, that's enough complaining on my end. I am happy to announce that my Biggest Loser Team at AIM Fitness has beat all other biggest loser teams at AIM Fitness! There was 7 people on my team that trained for 12 straight weeks. Between 7 members of my team there was a total of 200lbs dropped, and 107.25 inches lost…See More

Hello Everyone,

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Luke Hall and I currently attend college at SUNY Oneonta. I am 21 years old and compete around NYS in Natural Bodybuilding Competitions. I am currently in my "off-season"- I know, there really is not such thing... I am about as serious as you can get in this sport and love everything about it. Even though I'm in college, I still work part-time (25-30 hours a week) as an ACE Certified…

Hi Luke. Glad to have you as part of the network. If you have any questions/comments about the site, don't hesitate to let me know. The forum is a great place to ask/answer questions concerning all aspects of bodybuilding, fitness, health, & wellness. Also, if you want to keep up to date on new additions to NaturalMuscleMass.net, my blog is the place for that.

PS: Although there is absolutely no obligation on your part, it would be greatly appreciated if you could invite some of your friends to our community. Perhaps you can let them know about NMM through your other online social networks.
