Cycle 27 WK 6 Begins-Progress-021212 (1)

This is the sixth and final week of my 27th workout cycle. Next week I begin the second intercycle of 3 weeks of active rest and recovery. I'm excited that I was able to get the weight back down after last weeks departure from the diet path! I'm back down to 148.4 pounds---down 3.2 pounds from last week! The back double biceps, hopefully, shows the work I have been doing on my back. As far as reaching my 145 pound goal. I will have to do that during the intercycle by watching the diet closely. Constructive feedback and criticism are always appreciated.
