This is the sixth and final week of my 27th workout cycle. Next week I begin the second intercycle of 3 weeks of active rest and recovery. I'm excited that I was able to get the weight back down after last weeks departure from the diet path! I'm back down to 148.4 pounds---down 3.2 pounds from last week! The front double biceps is looking much cleaner than it did on Friday! Constructive feedback and criticism are always appreciated.
