My 27th Six-week workout cycle ended today! I finished at 148.4 pounds---2.2 pounds down from the beginning of the Cycle. Now I'm starting my 3 week intercycle of rest and "active" recovery. Here is my final back double biceps of the Cycle. More work to be done with diet during the intercycle period and then heavier emphasis on the back during Cycle 28. Constructive feedback and criticism are always appreciated!
