This group is for those of you who need help with sport specific, functional and creative training. This group will also take care to train the body in a way it is meant to work to prevent injuries because this is the last thing an athlete wants.

Well, week three into my off season having looked to the gym to maintain and improve the core muscles needed to start my next season strong - AND without the muscle complaints! Progress is fantastic! I can't believe how quickly I am adapting to the regimen I have lain out, and how much weight resistance I have increased in such a short amount of time! Although my primary sport is now golf during the majority of the year, I will probably return to volleyball this winter in addition to my winter hiking - i just ran into one of my old team mates in the gym, and I have learned of some local volleyball teams forming - YAHOO! It was my life-long competitive sport, so I am psyched!
