morning routine as follows, wake up between 730-9, 12 boiled eggs and 1.5 cups of oatmeal or, 1.5 cups pancake mix then cook, allow time to digest and powerlifting for 1 hour- 1.5 hours post workout protein followed by 12oz chicken or fish and 8-10 oz of good old carbs... following a 5000 calorie diet with 5-6 meals a day... hit it hard, and stay stong ladies and gents

NOTICEABLE SIZE GAINS ON MY ARMS FROM A KILLER 6 WEEK PROGRAM FROM JIM CORDOVA...WAS IN THE M&F FEB ISSUE. GOOD STUFF. WHAT' SHAKIN' EVERYBODY??? LIFT STORNG, DAVE.

update, the march bench press competition was cancelled. there is another one in may. the good news is i already benched 300#. i will be closer to 315 by then. bodyfat is now 10%. both goals met. new goals are 315# bench and 9% bodyfat.

My goals are simply to get to 190lbs and continue shredding as needed. Currently at 177 with 8.5 bf%.
