Hey Guys- how's it going? You ever heard of Mike Chang from

http://www.sixpackshortcuts.com the title of his video on youtube is: 9 min extreme HOME cardio for ripped beach body The web address is:
http://www.youtube.com/user/sixpackshortcuts#p/u/5/ir0jp-MU42o

I want to lose more body fat- especially around my waste area.

I tired out the workout today- it only takes nine minutes- it wore me out. I think I can handle 9 minutes cardio better than 45 minutes on the treadmill (45 minutes takes a lot of time out of my busy schedule)- I did the cardio in my room on a carpet floor so it wasn't rough on my joints like being on the concrete floor in my basement. I thought you might like to check out Mike's routine and see what you think. You do 5 easy types of exercises for 15 seconds and piece- no rest between and when done rest for 60 seconds and repeat 3 times. 4 sets in all.

All exercises are done without weights.

1. Jumping squats (no weights just body) (15 seconds)

2. Side to side push ups (15 seconds)

3. towel rows (15 seconds)

4. Towel squats and raise (15 seconds)

5. Half burpees (15 seconds)

No rest between exercises

Rest for 60 seconds after finish set of 5 exercises and then repeat 3 Times.

4 Times in all- 9 minutes

I'll keep trying out his routines and see if they help me. I can't get over how tired it made me after just 9 minutes- good workout. Beats 45 minutes on the treadmill- especially since I really don't have the time right now anyway. Take care and God bless!

Im not sure it depends on ur lifting and dieting. It is impossible to lose 40 pounds and not lose any muscle

I'm happy I've lost weight (lost 40 lbs) but now my legs and arms look kinda puny. I'm strating to see a little gains this week, but I wonder if I lost muscle size when I lost the fat?

My back is much better this evening- I was able to do sit ups and crunches without pain in my lower back.

I pulled a muscle in my lower back on right side- besides rest is there anything I can do to help recover faster? I can do most exercises except leg press because I have to put pressure on back to push with legs.
