Greetings Everyone,

I am working to add muscle get rid of all my body fat and I want to compete.  I have not decided which area I want to compete in yet but the plan is to obtain my WBFF title.

I do not eat dairy nor meat.  I was told that I must include animal protein.  Instead I have added natural whey protein, flaxseed oil and B12.

What other natural supplements will help me obtain my goals?

Hi Kathy. I'm not one to offer specific advice on supplementation, dieting, or training because there are many factors involved when deciding what works best for each individual. That said, I could tell you what I use in the off-season that complements my nutritional intake very well - It's the Athlete's Pak by Isagenix. Getting ready for a show, you'll want to replace that with either the 9-day (intensive) or 30-day full-body cleanse (which also replenishes the body with vital nutrients, unlike traditional cleanses).

I do promote and sell the supplements as you can see, but only because I believe in them. I started using IsaPro (their protein powder) and a few other of the Isagenix products (Natural Accelerator, etc) way before I signed on with the company. You can purchase directly through the site (receiving their packs within 2 business days), and contact me if you have any other questions.

Also, keep us posted here on your progress.

Thank you much.  Trainers around me keep telling me I must consume animal protein though eating meat.

Hi Kathy, I totally agree with Mario. I just want to validate what he said. I am a nutritional consultant and health and wellness coach. I have over 22 years of experience and knowledge in the health and wellness industry.
For the last 9 years I too have been using the Isagenix products and I have
personally put over 800 people on this program as well. It works totally amazing.
It is the only supplement that I have seen (and I have seen hundreds) that is completely natural and safe for everyone. In fact it is a whole food supplement, which means that it is derived from real whole food. The results are phenomenal.
I personally use them and as a professional I personally endorse them.
Definitely check out the site Mario posted, and also feel free to do your own research on the products.
Hope this helps Kathy.
If you have any questions you can reply on this post or you can email me at

Thank you Ernie,

I will check out the site and of course I research everything.  I have created a natural skincare line because of my daughter; research has become a habit, with everything.
