Guys, this is my first post. So I'm 20 years old and eager to build more muscle. I'm 68 kg now. I would just want to be informed about pros and cons of tribulus and how to optimize it's potential. Thank you.. :)

Hi Sean. Glad to see you here and posting here on NMM
Ok so I will gladly answer your question as simple as I can. I know that it can
be very confusing with all the different supplements out there, and with a young body builder it can be quite overwhelming.
What you will get here at NMM is the plain truth and always the most natural methods
for gaining muscle and achieving optimal health and performance.
Tribulus is an herb that increases the levels of testosterone in the body naturally.
It helps increase power and strength, which will ultimately increase muscle size. I have personally used Tribulus and still do today. It is a very safe, very natural supplement to take and will yield some great results.
You can buy Tribulus at any health food or supplement store. Just take the recommendation listed on the bottle. You can also take it in a mixture with other natural botanicals that can enhance it's performance
So final result. I give Tribulus a 2 thumbs up.
Great supplement to take.
Sean Patrick, thank you for that wonderful question and I hope many more people see this post.
Feel free to post anytime, with any questions. We appreciate you and all of our members

Thanks Sir. By the way, I'm also taking it with an Amino supplement. :)

Your welcome. By the way make sure the amino acid supplement contains
BCAA's. Which is branched chain amino acids

it's actually Amino 2222 sir. Is it ok?

Hi Sean
I was researching the Amino 2222. This is not the best amino acids supplement due to the fact that it is derived from Soy protein. You should stay away from all soy protein food and supplements. Soy is very bad for muscle building and for health.
You should pick up an amino acid supplement that is derived from egg or albumin or whey. These are the best sources of protein.
Make sure that the product contains branched chain amino acids and that it has all the essential amino acids as well.
Ok, now I'm not sure what other brands you have available there where you live, but make sure you ask these questions to the retailer and he will be able to guide you to the best amino acid supplement
Hope this helps
