Over the last couple of months of been skimming over some inspirational quotes about things like strength, training, bravery, and just life in general. I was seeing if anyone else knew of some good quotes (or even [de]motivational posters) or something.

Here are a few I have:

“In order to change we must be sick and tired of being sick and tired.” - Author Unknown

Courage is not the lack of fear but the ability to face it - Lt. John B.Putnam Jr 1921-1944
A couple of years ago I had dropped over 40 pounds in a very amount of time - This was due to ill health caused by depression/anxiety. My mother had seen how discouraged & unhopeful for the future I was... And so, she stuck a clipping of an inspirational quote to my bedroom mirror. I've since then read dozens of books and other publications related to overall personal development (and have come accross hundreds of incredible motivational quotes/analogies/metaphors), but that's the one which is closest to my heart. For me, it doesn't signify being the best relative to someone else... It signifies conquering your own spirit as I believe Jesus would have put it. Here's the quote:

VICTORY BELONGS TO THE MOST PERSEVERING
That is a good one! I still haven't really find a single quote that hits close to home, more like a whole plethora (I'm not sure why I used that word) of quotes. I'm planning on making an official collection of quotes, I just don't store them anywhere. But they are an incredible help.
Honestly - The one that goes through my mind over and over again as I am working out is this:

"Just Do It" - Nike

So simple and so effective for the days when you just don't feel like it! It gets me through a lot and you see it over and over again on peoples clothing at the gym so it's a constant reminder to just get it done!

For that, that shall not kill you shall make you stronger!=Karl Nithcize

Pain is weakness leaving the body-The United States Marine Corps

There are so many quotes that I love to use. It has only been through time that I have learned to appreciate them.

I use them a lot and express them through my writing, pics and videos. I have even wrote quite a few of my own as well.

I never try anything... I JUST DO IT!!!

Life is full of valuable lessons... if we open our hearts to see them ♥

STRENGTH DOES NOT COME FROM WINNING. YOUR STRUGGLES DEVELOP YOUR STRENGTH. WHEN YOU OVERCOME HARDSHIPS, THAT IS STRENGTH!!!

Excellence is not a destination; it is a continuous Journey that never ends

...Its Your Decision.

We do not stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing...

PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY.

Watch your thoughts ; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.

It's Choice...Not Chance...That Determines Your Destiny.

Good manners beget good manners. Old-fashioned qualities like integrity, honor and character...no matter how old you are...are qualities that never go out of style.

Never give up on anything that you can't go a day without thinking about! http://blog.bodybuilding.com/kevinmattson/ ...You Can Do Anything You Set Your Mind To.

Recognize Your Seed. Your seed is any Gift, Skill or Talent that God has provided for You to sow Into the lives of others. Do not hide it. Use it. Celebrate it. It carves the road to your future. Even Joseph wanted others to recognize his ability to Interpret dreams. Examine the Invisible giftings within You. Discern opportunities to sow them... and You Will Produce Favor Beyond Your Wildest Dreams.

It has been my philosophy of life that difficulties vanish when faced boldly...

There is no education like adversity

We are all unique. We have the world menu in our hands to select and choose what we want to do. To elucidate our talents and expound our skills!

Assign A Priority To Each Hour of Your Day.
Our life is like a train on the Track to Success. Each day God gives us 24 golden box cars (hours) to load up. What we place in each box car, or hour, determines the speed and distance our train will move toward our next city of accomplishment. Make your life count today. Every hour is a Seed. You control The Harvest.

As distance tests a horse's strength, so time reveals a person's heart ♥

***Take tiny steps, always moving forward, creeping an inch at a time, always flowing with movement, breaking down my goals into many small stepping stones. Progress creates joy, and there are two things more Important than your money. Your energy and your time!!! Small steps matter!!!

***We could learn a lot from crayons... Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box.

***BE WILLING TO DREAM ALONE SOMETIMES. Every Champion must be willing to believe in his own dream when others seem too busy or uncaring to encourage him. Every great Inventor, such as Thomas Edison, faced waves of ridicule and scorn before there genius was recognized and appreciated. Dont forget to keep your focus on where you are going and refuse to be discouraged by the present circumstances that will soon pass.
Aloneness removes the stain of wrong Influence. I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee, (Hebrews 13:5)

I am not sure what direction my road is taking me, but I am content and I do know that I am on the right path…

Everyday is a new day...I am Thankful for every breath I take ♥

Your dreams & Goals are worth any fight, any waiting, any price. Don't give up.

Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The trouble-makers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status-quo. You can quote them, disa...gree with them, glorify, or vilify them. But the only thing you can't do is Ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones... We See Genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world... Are The Ones Who Do!!!

If I fail, I try again, and again, and again..."
If YOU fail, are YOU going to try again?
It matters how you're going to FINISH
Are you going to finish STRONG?

Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying.

In order for me to succed, I must suffer- Muhamad Ali
