Bodybuilding is a hard dedicated sport, and I can understand if most people don't have the genes for it speically when it comes to Asians. Most of us are struggling really hard to bodybuild but it isn't that easily done then said. I'm going to try become one of the few Asian-American's to try and be better than Ronnie Colemen himself!

Keep up the good work, patience my friend. Soon enough you will be up on stage with your pro card ;)

Give the body a week or two and you will back at your prime as long as you sleep (which i need to work on), eat (got that sorted) , train hard and push even harder.
Make sure you mix up workouts and go through different phases, not just heavy as most people do as this training will come to a plateau eventually and req a new mix thats when the high reps , high sets med weights kick in, and boy do you will them.
10x10 principle all the way, that's what I am doing right now.

when it come to genes I say ahh ! you can over come that with persistant and consistancy, and hard work,
I've seen bodybuilders that were white ,black, asian, latino, greek, that some were blessed with good genes
and some not. Now from what I see in the photo you got a good base, so do not be so hard on yourself,
I know a few bodybuilders that are of asian decent and they have very good ,infact Damn good bodies ,one guy right now I know will be in the Arnold amature next week ,he not a thick massive, but he has outstanding symetry and very nice lines and has beat a lot of guy who out weigh him up to >60lbs, his name is Ty by the way he placed 2nd in last year amature classic and is natural, so try not to compare your self to some like Ronnie Coleman, who was competing on the juice, he is a nice guy and does work hard, but that comparsion is not fair to you, take the deck that God gave and do the best you can with it , I know a lot of folks who have seen my replies when I suggest to folks when they train to do the basic lifts of bench press ,squats and deadlifts, shoulder press, why? because they put on mass and the squat is the most benifical exercise I feel because it a total body exercise that promote an hormone release and it will make you grow along with a sound nutrion plan , and I will have no doubt that you will gain size, thickness and density and when done correctly with equal proportion you will look good , so do not get hung up with ethnic back ground is to why you can not have size because that is not true, it how have trained in the gym and attention to detail at the meal table and the amount rest your are getting is what will determine what kind of body you will, So my good man its up to you to what you want to do, so me say it simply: GO FOR IT, and keep pumping
Eric.
