Hey I'm in need of some help here. I've always watched the pro body builders and wondered how in the world they got that big, then i found out steroids were legal in that league. I found out about natural body building as got hooked. So now, I want in. I've always been a little stout, not the biggest guy around, but always been told i'm very well proportioned, and have an athletic body type, but I don't know much about the body building part. My family raises and shows halter horses, which are the body builders of the horse world you could say, and they're breed for their muscle and size, so I know how serious it is to be at a high level, because we have raised several world champion horses. So what do my work outs need to start looking like, what types of cardio, should I lift heavy or light, i'm currently taking dymatize elite protein in between meals, and I try to get good food in each meal, but how much should I eat? What should I do to start getting some REAL size and cuts? Any and all help is appretiated, and hopefully you will see me start to compete :)
